Refund Process

If the purchased tool stops working and you do not wish to accept the alternative replacement tool offered by us, you are eligible for a partial refund.

• The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the charges for the exact number of days the tool was successfully used.
• The remaining balance for the unused days of your subscription period will be refunded instantly.
• Refunds are processed securely and sent directly to the user's Mobile Banking Account (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
